Stayed for one night, booked it as we were driving down, staff were very friendly and helped with information about parking. Room was lovely especially for the price with a modern bathroom! Definitely would recommend and will be returning if we are back in Brighton anytime soon.

Was great value for money, our room had been slightly damaged due to a domestic issue before arrival. But service was kind. Breakfast was tasty. Good hotel

My friend and I booked three twin romms to spend a weekend in Brighton. After a charming young French boy checked us in, we found our rooms to be double! We spoke with the receptionist again who called the manager. She advised us to check our confirmation and turned out that we did book double rooms, how silly of us! But without it being a problem very kindly they changed the bed settinf in all the rooms. We left to have lunch and by the time we came back each of us had a single bed! The rooms were very nice and had everything we needed including tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer. My friend who were on the groun floor could't be happier as they had a smooking room! Breakfast was yummy, they managed to allocate us all together and the service was very good. On check out they helped us with our heavy luggage and booked a taxi for us. It was a perfect weekend away, we will be back but next time with the hubbies.

Stayed here for one night over Brighton pride. For the price I was actually impressed! The reviews were so bad that my expectations were low but I was pleasantly surprised. Clean bedding and towels. Sink in room. Instructions sent ahead of time. Totally fine.

Romantic Break Stayed for a weekend with my boyfriend and it couldn't have been better. We went for the deluxe room because we wanted a nice view and it was a lovely room with big windows facing the square and the sea. In our romantic package we also had include a bottle of house champagne that was delicious and the breakfast that was also yummy ! The staff is young, nice and always with a smile ! Although it's obvious that some of them are still in training they do their best and they are always available for whatever you need.

Lovely friendly staff, very comfy bed, it has WiFi but it was really slow and the only thing the room could have done with was a mini fridge as we stayed during a very warm time, although saying that we had our own bathroom so we could get fresh tap water. Very clean and modern.

Average hotel, rooms are nice and well equipped, only a few minutes walking distance from the beach. Although when we got there, there was no one on the reception, front door unlocked and open. So basically anyone can walk and since there’s no one reception, no one would even notice...so after having rang the bell about 10 times to get someones attention, there was still no response. I ended phoning up the hotel to get someone to come down to reception... Apart from this as I mentioned before: Good location, decent rooms, quite reasonable prices and very quiet.
